psybnc always disconnects when logging off

I has psyBNC-2.3-2.9 installed. Something wrong with it, when I disconnect from IRC bouncers quits also! Without any settings for quit (leavequit etc all turned OFF)!
It happening not everywhere but on one server (maybe kernel incompatibility?) There is uname -a (debian):

Try check the make menuconfig, if that is enabled

No, compiled with default configuration, I didn't made `make menuconfig` even. Usually I doesnt changing default setting, so I dont think that it's disabled, but I will look tomorrow, right now I has no access to gcc!
